		<description>dins, memang elok pun awak withdraw kerana bila owner tu kena cucuk, payah nak close deal. Ini biasa terjadi bila ada orang yg tak berkenaan seperti spouse, anak, saudara-mara turut masuk campur walhal bukan dia orang punya aset pun!

Kes#1 - tak perlu marah dgn ejen tu coz he has the right to accept or not to accept your offer. Coz he was given the right to act on behalf of the owner. Just withdraw jer. Cash is in your hand.
Kes#2 - saya rasa ejen yang potong line tu offer better price than pakdi! Sbb walaupun booking fee dah bayar, selagi owner tak accept (sign letter of offer), then there will be no contract, right?
Kes#3 - macam tilik nasib jer?</description>

		<description>mcm kes saku pulak...booking fee dah bayar kemudian agen kata ade agen lain kacau owner suruh naikkan harga...oleh kerana minat dgn area rumah tu saya setuju jugaklah dengan harga baru walaupun rasa mcm dipermainkan...lepas selang seminggu agen bagitau owner nak naikkan lagi harga...tapi kali ni aku withdraw dari beli dgn cara mcm nie...boleh senang2 jer naikan harga.</description>
